What is an Endodontist?

A dental specialist who examines, diagnoses, and treats diseases of the dental pulp and periapical tissues of the teeth. The endodontists at the Endodonticsource are trained and experienced in the diagnosis of dental pain emanating from the pulp (nerves inside the tooth) and/or periapical tissues (nerves that surround the tooth root). The primary mission of our endodontists at the Endodonticsource is the preservation of natural teeth in a quick and comfortable manner. 

The Endodontic Source is located in Bellaire, Texas, next to Episcopal High School.  We employ all of the most modern dental equipment including digital x-rays and microscopes, in an effort to make the treatments safer and more precise.  We utilize "The Wand" to administer the first dose of local anesthetic because it uses a computerized delivery system which is barely perceptible during it's use.
